With the referral program, you can recommend Petbnb to friends, family or clients who could benefit from our pet care services or become sitters themselves. As a thank you, you will receive rewards for successful referrals.

2 Who can participate in the referral program?
Anyone! Whether you're already a Petbnb user or simply know pet lovers who could benefit from Petbnb, you can take part. Existing users can generate their referral link in their account, while non-users can register their interest to receive a customized referral link.

3. i do not use Petbnb. Can I still make recommendations?
By all means! Simply register your interest via our referral page and we'll set up a personalized referral link for you. You can share this link to earn rewards.

4. how do I receive my referral link as a non-user?
After you have registered your interest, we will create a unique referral link and send it to you by email. This link is linked to your referrals so we can track your rewards.

5 How do I know if my recommendations were successful?
You will receive monthly updates by email with details of your link's performance and the rewards you have earned.

6 How do I earn rewards?

• You will receive 5 € for every referral of a new sitter as soon as they are active on our platform. "Active" means that the sitter has successfully completed all necessary steps (e.g. verification and sitter training) and has been checked and approved by us. This process ensures that the sitter meets our quality standards and is well prepared to take care of other people's pets.

• You will receive 5 € creditwhen a new user you recommend completes their first booking.

7. when will I receive my rewards?
Rewards are paid out after the referral has met all eligibility requirements. For example: sitters must be active and pet owners must have completed their first booking. Payouts are made monthly.

8. how do I receive my rewards?
Rewards will be credited to your Petbnb account or, if you are a non-user, sent to your preferred payment method. You will receive details by email.

9. is there a limit to how many people I can recommend?
No! You can refer as many people as you like and earn rewards for each successful referral.

10. how can I share my referral link?
You can share your link in the following ways:

• Social media such as Facebook, Instagram or Twitter.
• Messaging apps such as WhatsApp or iMessage.

11 What happens if someone I have recommended does not complete the process?
If your referral does not register or does not complete the necessary steps (e.g. first booking), you will not receive a reward. However, you can remind them to complete their registration or booking with your link.

12. are there any restrictions on recommendations?
Yes, recommendations must meet these conditions:

• Sitters must be verified and confirmed by our quality control department.
• Pet owners must complete their first booking.
  Additionally, referrals must be new to Petbnb and sign up using your link or code.

13. can I track my recommendations?
Yes, you will receive regular updates on the progress and performance of your referrals by email. Existing users can also view their activities in their Petbnb account.
